The Rema collection show is a unique virtual fashion show where talent is shown as well as poise. It’s a show where you get to join live from the comfort of your home. It is an Afrocentric fashion show focusing on using African fabrics to make fashion statements that bring back tons of compliments.
Fashion designer, Belinda Compah-kegeke said in her CNN interview, “When we are born, we are wrapped in a wax print. It is a major part of every Africa’s heritage and every wax print tells a unique African story.”
WAM’s progress excites me, and I’m thrilled to celebrate the incredible work and landmark accomplishments of the team, especially our publisher Chris Meregini. His vision has launched WAM thus far, and he continues to make giant strides in the publishing industry with the highly professional and informative Western Africa Magazine platform.
